Hands Leaves DTCC, Becomes Corporate Actions Consultant

David Hands

New York-based David Hands has left the Depository Trust & Clearing Corp. (DTCC) after more than nine years at the company, and is now an independent corporate actions consultant. Hands led the DTCC’s initiative to improve the data quality of corporate actions announcements. He was also a regular speaker on topics such as XBRL for corporate actions.

As a corporate actions specialist, Hands has also been involved in industry association ISITC, and has been on the ISITC board of directors
