Gain Gains Former Thomson Exec
FX ECN and trading platform operator Gain Capital last week appointed Jeffrey Scott, who served as chief technology officer and chief product officer at Thomson Financial between 1996 and 2005, as chief commercial officer, responsible for executing company strategy and day-to-day operations, and reporting to chief executive Glenn Stevens. Immediately prior to joining Gain, Scott was president of online market research firm Toluna and managing director of LexisNexis.
