NY Fed’s CDO Bottega Becomes Senior Advisor to OFR Director
New York-based John Bottega, chief data officer in the markets division at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York (NY Fed), will in addition to his current role act as a senior advisor to the director of the Office of Financial Research (OFR), the data collection and analysis unit that sits under the US Treasury.
Bottega, who was chief data officer at Citi before joining the NY Fed in February 2009, will be assisting the OFR in setting up its data management function. The assignment means Bottega
