Och-Ziff Sees Change of Directors
Och-Ziff Capital Management Group has appointed Barry Griswell and Georganne Proctor to its board of directors. This follows the depatrues of Jeffrey Leeds and William Cobb.
Griswell is the former CEO and chairman of Principal Financial Group, while Proctor is the former CFO of TIAA-CREF.
BST's analysis: In other (completely unrelated) news, Och-Ziff lost $95 million in the first quarter of 2011, according to its quarterly report. Ouch!
