Charles Schwab Broadens Sturiale's Role

John Sturiale, who is currently a vice president at Charles Schwab Investment Management (CSIM), will now also be responsible for leading equity and fixed-income product management inside the CSIM group.

The role also includes responsibility for the exchange-traded fund (ETF) capital markets and portfolio strategy functions. Sturiale has been with the firm for 11 years.

Charles Schwab also hired two new chief investment officers. Omar Aguilar joins the firm as chief investment officer of equities and multi-asset strategies. Brett Wander will take on the role of chief investment officer of fixed income.
