LSE Acquires FSA’s TRS
The London Stock Exchange last week announced an agreement to acquire the business and assets of UK regulator the Financial Services Authority’s Transaction Reporting Service for £15 million in cash.
Once the deal is closed, existing TRS clients will be migrated to the LSE’s UnaVista trade reporting platform, which will accept TRS-formatted data, also allowing them to access other data services provided by the LSE via UnaVista.
