MarkitSERV Makes FX Play With Logicscope Acquisition
MarkitSERV, the Markit-owned electronic trade processing platform for over-the-counter derivative transactions, has agreed to buy Logicscope Limited, a provider of post-trade workflow and straight-through processing (STP) for foreign exchange (FX) transactions.
Logicscope's TradeSTP trade processing technology moves MarkitSERV closer to its goal of expanding its support for trade processing and clearing of FX transactions. Logicscope also brings a connectivity to more than 60 liquidity providers
