eVestment Nabs PerTrac, Fundspire in Continued Alternative Investments Push
PerTrac specializes in hedge fund analysis software and workflow solutions, while Fundspire offers hedge fund analytics through a cloud-based solution. This announcement comes on the heels of eVestment's acquisition of Hedgefund.net (HFN), which provides alternatives research and data, in September 2011.
