Post-Acquisition, Markit EDM Targets Sell Side, Asia Growth

Takeovers of niche technologists by the giants of the game have the capacity to suck the life and soul out of the original business, but Simpson says this year will see Markit EDM rise to heights that would have been otherwise unattainable.

While 2012 was a successful year for Markit EDM, Simpson says, this year it will need to stand on its own two feet, rather than continuing to live off Cadis’ past successes.
