Former Morgan Stanley Exec Appointed Interactive Data CEO

Stephen Daffron, former global head of operations and technology at Morgan Stanley, has been appointed president and chief executive officer of data vendor Interactive Data.

Daffron will start his new role on September 20, when Mason Slaine stands down and resumes his previous role as executive chairman of Interactive Data. Daffron will be based in New York.

Before joining Morgan Stanley, Daffron held senior positions at Renaissance Technologies, Citigroup and Goldman Sachs. He is a graduate of
