DTCC Hires Shuman As Counsel
The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC) has hired Ann Shuman as managing director and deputy general counsel. She will oversee legal functions for DTCC clearing and settlement and work with DTCC executives and business units on strategic development, asset protection, reputation, legal and operational management issues.
Shuman was most recently managing director and deputy general counsel at CME Group, a position she held since 2007. She originally joined CME Group in 2000, and before
