Lucena Taps Smallwood for Southeast US BizDev Role


Smallwood's role will include responsibility for expanding Lucena's cloud-based QuantDesk decision support platform, which enables hedge fund managers and investment advisors to study the impact of market events on stock prices.

Prior to joining Lucena, Smallwood was director and senior trader at investment consultancy Gray and Company, prior to which he was director of trading and operations at investment firm Timbervest, and before that held equity trading roles at Invesco and Merrill Lynch.
