DTCC Adds Four to Board
The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC) has named four new board members: Phil Davies, David Kimm, Nick Ogurstov and Paul Walker.
Davies is managing director and global head of operations at Morgan Stanley. Kimm is executive vice president, chief risk officer and treasurer at TD Ameritrade. Ogurtsov is chief operating officer and chief risk officer at KCG Holdings. Walker is global co-head of the technology division at Goldman Sachs.
The four join 16 other members of the board
