Cowler─an investor in and advisor to Datactics since 2012─was previously head of data access and reporting technology at NYSE Technologies, prior to which he co-founded usage and entitlements monitoring software vendor Harco Technology, where he spent 11 years as managing director, which was acquired by Wombat Financial Software before Wombat's purchase by NYSE.
Before Harco, Cowler spent nine years at Reuters as a senior systems engineer and almost seven years in a similar role at color
