Bill Haney Takes over as CEO of BI-SAM

While a press release says that Haney is "transitioning to the role of Chief Executive Officer, effective January 1, 2015," a spokesperson tells WatersTechnology.com that Haney took over the role starting last month, but that Harkous will stay on until the New Year helping in the transition.

Haney joined the firm in October 2013 as its chief operating officer. He was previously with Thomson Reuters, most recently serving as its "head and general manager for a range of divisions and businesses
