New regional appointments include two hires from Thomson Reuters
In Asia, TPI has promoted Rhys Spencer to head of business development in Singapore, and hired Rain Tian as business development manager in Shanghai.
Spencer─previously product manager for the Asia-Pacific region at TPI─is now responsible for managing existing relationships and growing the vendor's customer-base in South East Asia, Hong Kong and South Korea. Before joining TPI in 2010, Spencer was a contributions relationship manager at Thomson Reuters, responsible for managing relationships
