Diliger Scraps Crowdfunding Bid; Pursues Deals with Consultants, Research Partners

Diliger began its campaign last week to raise capital on Crowdcube, which offers equity stakes in privately held UK registered businesses in exchange for investment funding, to finance a marketing push that the vendor hoped would grow its presence among buyers of market data.

"We have pulled our CrowdCube pitch following some interesting approaches," says Diliger chief executive Christian Bower, though he declines to give further details, saying that discussions are still in the early stages.
