Freedom Index Pursues Distribution Partners to Boost Index Uptake
The Freedom Index Company, which launched in 2013, currently provides daily weights (the percentage weight within each country by market capitalization) and total returns (in local currency, pounds sterling, and hedged to sterling) for indexes of the top 50, 100, 250, 500 and 1,000 US- and UK-listed equities, and the top 50 and 100 South African stocks.
After signing initial distribution deals with portfolio and data analytics provider StatPro--which added the Freedom indexes to its StatPro
