Treasury Management Nears Move Towards Electronification

TD Bank executive breaks down current landscape in the US commercial payments space.


With every passing day, it seems that another service provided by banks is automated and performed electronically for the first time, leaving the amount of tasks executed on paper few and far between.

So far, treasury management has remained a stalwart of the paper environment. But while banks and their commercial clients are still intertwined with paper procedures, it seems the tide is slowly turning, according to Rick Burke, head of corporate products and services at TD Bank.
