Morningstar Founder Mansueto Becomes Executive Chairman as Kapoor Named CEO
Mansueto, who founded Morningstar in 1984, plans to adopt a more flexible schedule that will allow him to focus more on strategy, technology and investments.
Mansueto says he will remain "very involved" with Morningstar, and will play an active role in strategy, capital allocation, advising management, and leading the vendor's board of directors.
