DTCC Appoints Shuman as General Counsel while Thompson Focuses on Vice Chairman's Role

Shuman was former managing director and deputy general counsel at the CME Group.

Shuman will be responsible for advising senior management and ythe DTCC's board of directors on legal and regulatory matters, and will continue to oversee the firm's global legal team. She has been with the DTCC since January 2014 and previously served as managing director and deputy general counsel at the CME Group Inc.
