Nasdaq Strategy Exec Louis Joins Hanweck Board
Louis replaces Salil Donde as Nasdaq's representative on Hanweck's board, after Donde left the exchange.

Before joining Nasdaq in 2004, Louis was a mergers and acquisitions banker in UBS Investment Bank’s Financial Institutions Group, prior to which he also served as a senior broker at interdealer broker Viel Tradition
