DTCC Taps OCC’s McClain to Run Equity Clearing Business
Former COO at Options Clearing Corp. joins DTCC to head up equity clearing business.
Prior to joining DTCC, McClain was COO at the Options Clearing Corporation (OCC), overseeing the organization’s technology and operations processes, with previous roles at IBM and Accenture, specializing in large-scale financial industry initiatives.
McClain takes on responsibility for running the DTCC’s daily equity clearing operations and strategic initiatives, reporting to Murray Pozmanter, managing director and head of clearing agency services at the DTCC.
