Metzold joins Best Credit Data after a career spanning 35 years, many in senior muni bond portfolio management roles at Eaton Vance.
In addition, Metzold will “further validate the company’s unique pricing methodology and value proposition to the industry and its clients,” says Best Credit Data co-founder and chief operating officer Jimmy Suppelsa.
Metzold was most recently head of capital markets at bond insurer National Public Finance Guarantee Corp., prior to which he spent 28 years at investment manager Eaton Vance in various roles, including senior municipal portfolio manager and co-director of municipal investment
