The Securities and Exchange Commission has appointed Kevin Zerrusen, former managing director at Goldman Sachs, as Chairman Jay Clayton’s senior advisor for cybersecurity policy. In his new role, Zerrusen will be responsible for coordinating cybersecurity policy across the agency and optimize the SEC’s tools for assessing cyber risks.
Zerrusen has spent the last nearly six years at Goldman, leading initiatives in risk technology governance, incident management and insider threat programs. Prior
