Finwire Names Former Reuters Exec Barisa Chairman
Barisa, a 28-year Reuters veteran, will help steer the vendor’s expansion plans in the Nordic region.
Barisa has spent most of his career at Thomson Reuters, joining Reuters in 1989 as a sales executive in Stockholm. He has held senior roles at the vendor across Europe, including running Reuters’ business in Moscow between 1993 and 1997, and its business in the Czech and Slovak Republic between 1997 and 2000.
