Deutsche Bank Completes Firm-Wide Reorganization, Expects Layoffs

FRANKFURT--Deutsche Bank has completed the second of a two-step reorganization, restructuring its five businesses into two. The two divisions now contain IT and operations, as well as e-commerce. This reorganization follows last year's realignment of the IT group along the businesses.
