Steph Duckworth has been appointed COO of interdealer brokerage Tullett Prebon. In his new role Duckworth will be responsible for the operational management of the business and will oversee the group's regional management and electronic broking division. Prior to his recent appointment, he served in two senior management positions within the group-first as COO EMEA following Collins Stewart Tullett's acquisition of Prebon Yamane and more recently as CEO EMEA of Tullett
