RealTick Gets Sting
Execution management system (EMS) provider Townsend Analytics announced today, Jan. 7, that it has added agency brokerage On Point Execution as a routing destination. Users of Townsend's RealTick EMS will be able use On Point's Sting smart-order routing capabilities to route their orders to the six U.S. option exchanges via FIX protocol-based messaging over the new link. The two firms have been developing and testing the linkage during the past three months and plan to beta test it with clients
