ICAP HIRES COO OF EXCHANGE PROJECTS
Interdealer broker Icap has appointed Cathryn Lyall as its COO of exchange projects. Lyall will be responsible for global coordination of Icap's relationships with exchanges of which it is a member and for exchange-related projects, say officials. Her role will include liaising with regulators and potential customers as well as overseeing business and technology development. Lyall was previously managing director, EMEA, of the Chicago Board of Trade (CBOT)
