Hegarty, Scarf, Rosendahl
After nine years with industry consultancy TowerGroup, Robert Hegarty has assumed the newly created position of managing director, market structure, with the Depository Trust & Clearing Corp. (DTCC). In his new role, Hegarty will identify new market and growth opportunities for the settlement and clearing utility. In his new position, he will report to James Leonard, managing director of strategy and marketing.
