HOOLEY NAMED STATE STREET COO
Global financial services provider State Street Corp. has named Jay Hooley president and COO, say officials. Hooley, currently vice chairman and head of global investment servicing, trading and research businesses, will continue to report directly to Ronald Logue, chairman and CEO. Since joining State Street in 1986, Hooley has held a number of leadership positions with the company, including vice chairman.
