Global wholesale bank Standard Chartered has appointed Vinod Aachi as global head of structuring, officials announced last week. Aachi hails from Deutsche Bank where he was responsible for all structuring for Asia, according to Standard Chartered officials. Vincent Van Pelt has been appointed as the global head of equity derivatives and commodities for Standard Chartered. Van Pelt joins from Bear Stearns where he spent 14 years, most recently as co-head of European
