CME Group Buys CMA for OTC Data Play
The acquisition, which closed on Sunday, March 23, "diversifies the CME as a company, and gives us exposure to the large and fast-growing OTC derivatives market... [where] we can add value in terms of leveraging our technology and transaction processing capabilities," says a CME spokesperson.
