TSA Launches TipOff Feed
London-based data technology vendor and consultancy TS-Associates last week unveiled the TipOff Latency Feed, a real-time feed of exchange price latency data, to enable firms to compare latencies and delays to order and fill acknowledgements appearing on the order book across multiple venues. TSA officials say the venue with least latency minimizes the chances of the order book moving unfavorably between the time an order is sent and the time it reaches the exchange
