Tabb: European Broker Spend to Rise

According to Tabb senior consultant Miranda Mizen, broker spend to support trading in Europe this year rose by eight percent over 2007. This year, Tabb estimates that brokers will have spent E407.5 million on internal software development to support trading, including E95.4 million related to data services such as complex event processing software or data distribution infrastructures, and E306.6 million on external services such as hardware and storage services, including E137.6 million related
