John Lowe has left Tullett & Tokyo Liberty where he was director of information sales. Lowe worked at Tullett & Tokyo Liberty for eight years. Lowe says he will be staying in the market data business working on a consulting basis. He says he has a number of options open to him but couldn’t be more precise. Lowe previously worked at Reuters for 14 years where he held a variety of positions including U.K. manager and deputy managing director for the European
