Thomson Taps Walton for Investment Banking Business
ORGANIZATION AND STRATEGY
Thomson Financial has hired Debra Walton to head up its investment banking business within the Banking and Brokerage group, the vendor will announce this week. Walton will drive the sales of Banker One, Thomson’s package of content and tools for investment bankers, and realign her staff along customer lines.
Walton says her new position follows from the union of Thomson’s investment banking group with the sales and trading group (IMD, Jan. 13). "The objective is in step with Thomson One approach
