One of the most high-profile groups is the Financial Information Services Division (FISD) of the Software & Information Industry Association. The FISD is based in the US but consists of vendors, user firms, exchanges and consultants from around the world. Its mission (according to its Web site): to provide a neutral forum for the discussion
