Fusion Consulting's Fate In Limbo As Buyout Bombs

Fusion Consulting's management pulled the plug on its attempt to stage a $200,000 buyout following Fusion System Group's filing for Chapter 11.

At a bankruptcy hearing held last Thursday, May 7, in U.S. Bankruptcy Court in New York, the management group, led by managing director Steven Siegel, withdrew its offer to buy the consulting division of the parent company, which is some $3 million in debt.
