Bill Adiletta is no longer chief technology officer (CTO) at Optimark Technologies, based in Jersey City, New Jersey. Adiletta will be replaced by Bob Warshaw, who is joining from Lazard Freres. At Lazard, Warshaw held the post of CIO. An Optimark spokesman says that Warshaw will assume his new position Monday, November 15, while maintaining a watch over the Y2K efforts at Lazard.
