UBS Warburg-Perot Outsourcing Deal May Be Headed for the Rocks

LONDON--UBS Warburg may be trying to take back control of its IT operations from Perot Systems, to which it outsourced most of its IT over six years ago, sources tell Trading Technology Week.

There has been friction between the two companies for years, sources say, and lately UBS has been recruiting key staff away from Perot by sending out both redundancy letters to Perot staffers and offer letters to join UBS Warburg.
