MTS Acquires Bondclick Ahead of Bondvision Launch
TRANSACTION SYSTEMS
LONDON--Only one month ahead of the launch of its internet-based, dealer-to-customer fixed income platform known as Bondvision, Milan-based MTS last week acquired Bondclick and plans to incorporate pieces of that firm’s proprietary front end into its offering.
Ironically, Bondclick and MTS once planned to jointly develop the Bondclick platform (Institutional Trading Technology, June 26). The plan was to combine front-end technology developed by Bondclick with the infrastructure and back-end
