Talwar says he has moved to Canada to fill a position whose title and organization affiliation he does not want to disclose at present. Talwar joined Commerzbank Global Equities' London office in 1998 from CIBC.
• Brainpower, an investment analytics provider, has appointed Jim Barton vice president of Europe to focus on the company's planned expansion in the continent
