has snatched up former J.P. Morgan vice president Frank Guerrera to head up its new, centralized market data group. Guerrera, who most recently had oversight of J.P. Morgan's business unit- affiliated technology staff, is now FMR's director of market data services vendor management. No word yet on who will fill Guerrera's shoes over at J.P. Morgan, but a spokesperson says that Kevin Scully will assume his responsibilities in the interim. HEDDarier Hentsch & Cie
