BARCAP TAPS CLIENT TECH HEAD
Barclays Capital has appointed Tom Zschach director and global head of client technology, based in London. Zschach joins Barclays Capital from Credit Suisse First Boston (CSFB) in New York, where he was a director responsible for electronic trading and client connectivity for the securities division. Zschach will be responsible for the development and deployment of Barclays Capital’s external-facing applications and services and the supervision of a 100-member client
