ICOR Hires Technology Staff After Asia Launch

LONDON--Icor Brokerage, an electronic FX options broker, has hired a number of senior personnel, including technologists. It is also set to establish a presence in Sydney.
Thomas Potavin has joined as program manager from Telecordia Technologies, while Samuel Chow, formerly of Breakaway Solutions, has been hired as director of operations. Siva Annapareddy has been named director of the software applications group. He was previously at Pro Commerce Technologies. Both are based in New York.
