As of today, Shelley Leibowitz is UK-based Barclays Capital's new managing director and CIO for the Americas. Leibowitz will have responsibility for all locally developed applications, regional technical services and user support. Leibowitz will report to Thomas Kalaris, president of Barclays Capital in the Americas and William Cook, global head of information technology operations at Barclays Capital. Leibowitz joins Barclays Capital from NatWest Markets where
