Swiss Investors Buy CSK Software
VENDOR UPDATE
FRANKFURT—CSK Software A.G., the German-based vendor of market data applications and distribution platforms, has been sold to a group of private Swiss investors, led by wealth management solutions provider Swissrisk A.G.
The Swiss investors are acquiring CSK’s technology assets, intellectual property rights and operating business for an undisclosed sum from CSK Corp., the parent of CSK Software.
Founded in 1979, CSK Software has a long history of providing market data solutions to the capital
