UBS Rips Up Deal with Perot Systems
OUTSOURCING AND OFFSHORING
NEW YORK—UBS and Perot Systems officials acknowledged last week that they have overhauled their outsourcing contract whereby Perot will no longer manage integrated services for UBS.
However, Perot will supply human resources to UBS Investment Bank starting January 1, 2005 until the end of 2006.
"Approximately 900 people who had reported to Perot management will report to UBS Information Technology Infrastructure (ITI) management while remaining Perot employees starting January 1, 2005," according
